In 2025, Henri SELMER Paris celebrates 140 years of history in the music world

140 years of a legendary adventure
Founded in 1885, Henri SELMER Paris has established itself as an essential reference in the world of wind instruments. Our heritage has been built through a constant quest for excellence, a passion for traditional crafts and the trust of the most demanding musicians.
From the playful Swing of Benny Goodman to the unbridled Jazz of John Coltrane, from the French school of classical saxophone represented by Marcel Mule to the sound experiments of Yom or Guillaume Perret, via the virtuosity of Django Reinhardt and Louis Armstrong, SELMER instruments have marked the history of music and continue to inspire current generations.

An exceptional year in perspective
